Registration Confirmation and Club Communication
Once successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Blue Sombrero/Sports Connect (our communications provider) to your primary email address associated with your account.
Please ensure you add Blue Sombrero/Sports Connect to your contact list - you may need to check your spam folder.
All SSA email communication is sent by Blue Sombrero/Sports Connect.
Registration requests are not guaranteed.
Incomplete Registrations
Registrations that have not been paid in full remain in our system for 7 days.
If registration is not completed and account is not paid in full by this time, then the registration will be removed, and you will have to re-register for the program.
Wait List Registration
Players who register after a division has become full or registration deadline will be placed on a waiting list and will be assigned to a team as space is available. Your teammate and/or coach request is not guaranteed. If we are able to place you on a team, you will be contacted via a Sports Connect/Blue Sombrero email that your wait list registration has been activated. Once you receive the activation notification email, you will need to log back into your account to submit payment. You will not be placed on a team until payment has been submitted.
