Registration Information Fall 2016

   

How To Register If you are  new to SSA Paulding, you must form a NEW account within our registration system. To establish a new account please look in the upper right hand corner on this page and click 'Register'. Returning players registering for SSA's recreational programs may use their existing account to register by logging-in at the top-right corner of this page.  Once an account is created you will be able to "Add Participant" and register for available programs. Registration, including payment, must be completed for the player to be placed into the program. A division may reach it's maximum number of players before registration ends so avoid being wait listed by registering early No player will be added to a team until registration fees have been paid in full. Important Dates For important dates, including registration deadlines and season start dates, please click on 'About Rec Soccer' on the menu bar above, then choose 'Important Dates'.

Volunteer Coach Registration

Recreational soccer programs are built on the involvement of volunteers. SSA has an excellent support system in place for our coaches and also offer many benefits.

Registration Confirmation and Club Communication

Once successfully registered online, you will receive a confirmation email from Blue Sombrero (our communications provider) to your primary email address associated with your account. Please ensure you add Blue Sombrero to your contact list - you may need to check your spam folder. All SSA email communication is sent by Blue Sombrero. 

Wait List Registration

Players who wish to register after Jan 31, 2017 will be placed on a waiting list and will be assigned to a team as space is available.  You will be contacted via Blue Sombrero email and payment can be submitted at that time.  You will not be placed  on a team until payment has been submitted.

Uniform

• U5 to U19 uniforms must be ordered by the parent.  If you played with SSA Paulding Fall 2013/Spring 2014/Fall 2014/Spring 2015 season, your uniform kit is still good to use.  If you need any replacement items, please order from the link provided.  If you are a new player to SSA Paulding, you will need to purchase a uniform kit by clicking the above link.  
• All U4 players will receive a Tykes T-shirt and a size 3 soccer ball, which is included in the registration fee. Black shorts, and black socks may be purchased on the SSA uniform website but are not required.   

General Information

• Registration must be fully completed, including payment in order for the club to place the player in a program (on a team). No player will be place on a team until account is paid in full. 
• In situations where registrations have been completed but spaces are not available, a full refund will be issued
• No refunds are given once practice begins even if the player has not participated
• Returned checks incur a $25 charge
• Practice and game schedules will not be available before the coaches meeting

We offer programs for players 3 to 18 years of age.
