SSA Paulding is committed to developing the whole player.  SSA Paulding Rec exists to create a positive environment for our players to improve and develop as individuals through the beautiful game of Soccer.

We are committed to providing consistent, organized, and purposeful instruction from a qualified coaching staff.  The Clubs’ interest is the long term growth and development of each player, the building of successful teams, and the creation of a coaching environment that allows players and teams to achieve their highest potential.

Player development is first and foremost.  The emphasis in training is on technical and tactical skill development.  Players will demonstrate discipline, a strong work ethic, quality of character and positive attitudes.

In all aspects of coaching, administration, and player policies SSA Paulding Rec will deal with all affairs with honesty and integrity.  All players, parents, coaches and administration are expected to treat each other with an acceptable level of respect.  The honesty, integrity and respect expected is central to providing a pleasant, safe and rewarding experience for everyone involved with SSA Paulding Recreational division.

At all times players, parents and coaches will be disciplined in following club guidelines and team rules.  Players, parents and coaches will be respectful and dignified in their words, actions and behaviors.  The SSA Paulding Recreational community will be respectful to the opposition, game officials and supporters.
